Colin Dunn Named Partner at Clifford Law Offices

Colin H. Dunn has been named partner at Clifford Law Offices. He joined the firm six years ago as an associate.

Dunn has been working on complex, high-profile cases since joining the firm, starting with the $100 million case involving the tragic fire in the Cook County Administration Building that killed several people and left dozens injured. More recently he was a part of the trial team that obtained a $180 million verdict for three workers injured in a grain bin explosion in downstate Illinois. Just a few months before that he obtained a $10 million verdict on behalf of the family of a woman killed in her apartment on Chicago’s north side.

Dunn also has spent a great amount of time working in the legal community, teaching as an adjunct professor at both Loyola University of Chicago and DePaul University law schools, and being actively involved in various bar associations including chairing several committees within the Chicago Bar Association. His monthly “Torts” column in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin is also widely read by lawyers and judges in Chicago.

Dunn is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.
