Hebeisen Keynote Speaker at Northern Illinois University Law School's Symposium

Keith A. Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, was the keynote luncheon speaker at the Northern Illinois University College of Law's symposium "Medical Malpractice: Emerging Issues and the Effects of Tort Reform" on April 13.
Hebeisen, President of the Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association, spoke on "Medical Malpractice Crisis and Proposed Solutions: Fact v. Fiction," addressing in particular the new law that was passed last year that caps non-economic damages for victims of medical malpractice in this state.
