Michael S. Krzak, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke this past weekend(June 2-3, 2012) in Louisville, Kentucky, at the American Association For Justice Young Lawyers’ Continuing Legal Education Churchill Downs Seminar.
Krzak, who has spent the last few years working on high-profile aviation cases that occurred in Lexington, Kentucky, Buffalo, New York, and in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, spoke regarding the importance of using jury research/focus groups to assist lawyers in honing in on the issues that are most compelling to jurors. The title of his discussion was “Using Focus Groups to Focus Your Case.”
