Press Release, 01/23/2007Clifford Law Offices, attorneys for the family of five-year-old Diamond Brownridge, released the following statement in reaction to the Illinois Board of Dentistry’s recommendation today (Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007) regarding the dental license of Dr. Hicham Riba:
The family of Diamond Brownridge continues to grieve, as it will throughout their lifetime, over the unnecessary and tragic death of their innocent five year old. On behalf of the family, Robert Clifford and Clifford Law Offices is working to see that justice is done. Nothing can bring back little Diamond; however, the family is appreciative of the efforts of the Illinois Board of Dentistry and the Department of Professional Regulation for doing the right thing and ensuring that this tragedy does not happen again to another innocent patient.
