Clifford Law Offices Files Lawsuit Against School Bus Company in Death of Pedestrian
Press Release, 06/05/2007Clifford Law Offices on Tuesday, June 5 filed a lawsuit against Bryden Transportation in the death of a 22-year-old father of three who was killed when an intoxicated bus driver lost control of his speeding vehicle at Wentworth Avenue and Garfield Boulevard in Chicago and then swerved into other vehicles.
Antoine Bolden, of Chicago’s south side, was struck and killed on Garfield Boulevard in the chain reaction crash. The driver of the bus, Jerry Moncrease, 76, was tested to be nearly three times above the legal limit of alcohol. He faces criminal charges related to the incident. He also has been named in the civil lawsuit filed today.
Eight others were injured in the crash.
