Clifford Law Offices Undertakes Investigation into Palwaukee Crash on Behalf of Passenger's Family

Press Release, 03/24/2006

Clifford Law Offices has been retained by the family of a passenger killed in a plane crash at Palwaukee Airport in Wheeling.  The twin-engine Cessna exploded upon impact on Jan. 30, 2006.  Four people died in the crash.

The family of Scott Garland, 40, of Chicago, a financial adviser, retained Clifford Law Offices to seek answers in his untimely death.  Garland left his wife and two small children.

Images from a surveillance camera set up in a nearby industrial area of the crash site captured the final moments of the plane and the eruption into a fireball. The Cessna 421B aircraft was returning from a one-day trip from Olathe, Kansas.  It was reported initially that communications between the pilot and the tower at the suburban airport seemed normal just before the plane went down.
