This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Clifford Symposium on Tort Law and Social Policy at DePaul University College of Law held April 25-26.
Academics from around the country gathered for the two-day program to discuss “Rising Stars: A New Generation of Scholars Looks at Civil Justice.”
DePaul Professor Stephan Landsman, current organizer and director of the symposium, led the discussion among more than two dozen other law school faculty members including Maggie Gardner of Cornell University and Diego Zambrano of Stanford University. Senior law school faculty members included Marc Galanter of the University of Wisconsin, David Hyman of Georgetown University, and Robert Rabin and Nora Engstrom of Stanford University.
The Clifford Symposium is free and open to the public and offers CLE credit.
