Sarah F. King, partner at Clifford Law Offices, who handles complex medical malpractice cases, co-moderated a program titled Motion Practice in Cook County Circuit Court’s Law Division for the Chicago Bar Association. Ehrlich who spoke on the remote case management process, Judge Christopher E. Lawler who shared tips on remote pre-trials and his experience of resolving cases through this process, and a presentation by Judge Lorna E. Propes who encouraged lawyers to be open to the utility of Zoom to jump start the jury trial system and shared examples of a mock Zoom jury trial.
