Sarah F. King, one of Chicago’s rising medical malpractice attorneys at Clifford Law Offices, will be joining this year’s Michigan Association of Justice Medical Malpractice Seminar as their National Speaker on January 14, 2022, at the Four Points by Sheraton in Novi, Michigan.
She will be addressing, “The Power of Visual Persuasion,” as a successful strategy to advocate for clients in live trials, over Zoom hearings, or during a video evidence deposition.
In a 21st century courtroom where technology growth and application are expected, visual advocacy is the key to communicating a client’s story and persuading your fact finder. Sarah’s presentation will include a discussion about how to develop effective demonstrative exhibits, utilizing visual aids with witnesses and jurors, the nuts and bolts of courtroom technology, and the benefits of using mixed media in the workup and presentation of a case.
Sarah has been instrumental with Clifford Law Offices as a medical malpractice attorney, receiving verdicts totaling nearly $300 million. Her dedication to her clients and persistence to resolve cases demonstrates the pride she takes in her work and her goal to deliver results to those affected by medical malpractice.
Last year, Sarah gave a memorable presentation at the 2021 American Association for Justice Annual Convention in Las Vegas, sharing her expertise in “Crafting a Strong Opening in a Medical Negligence Case.”
