Craig J. Squillace, a partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Ethics and Professionalism Seminar on Social Media.
The program will be held Friday, April 8, at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort, 3500 Midwest Rd., Oak Brook, from 8:20 a.m.-1:20 p.m. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. with continental breakfast.
The morning-long program will feature a number of other topics including, “Addressing Conflicts of Interest,” “Relationships with Co-Counsel,” and “Client Communications.” The program offers 4.5 hours of professional responsibility or general MCLE credit in Illinois.
Squillace has obtained numerous verdicts and settlements, particularly in the area of vehicular accidents, and will address the issues of social media when clients come to plaintiffs’ law firms with potential cases.
