Tracy A. Brammeier, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law’s 2023 Air and Space Law Symposium on Friday, March 31, presenting an update on the ongoing Boeing 737 Max Litigation in federal court.
The court-appointed Liaison Counsel for all plaintiffs in the lawsuit arising from the 2019 crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, a Boeing 737 MAX 8 airplane, Tracy is part of the Clifford Law Offices aviation accident team representing the families of more than 70 victims who were killed this crash.
Tracy’s practice is primarily comprised of complex and catastrophic transportation matters. She has worked on many of the firm’s commercial and private aviation incident cases, involving both airplane and helicopter accidents.
