Yvette C. Loizon, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke on May 5th, 2023, at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Trial & Practice Tips Seminar.
Loizon, who has an extensive trial practice background, discussed “Defending Against the Use of Special Interrogatories.” She was among a dozen speakers including the Cook County Circuit Court Judge Karen L. O’Malley who spoke on “What Successful Lawyers Do Right on a Motion Call” and Cook County Circuit Court Associate Judge Bridget J. Hughes who addressed “Trial Observations – Preparation Tips and How to Avoid Trial Pitfalls.”
The program was held at the JW Marriott, 151 W. Adams, Chicago, and offered attendees 4.5 hours of CLE credit.
