Charles R. Haskins, Jr. (“Chuck”) has been named partner at Clifford Law Offices in Chicago. The firm is a nationally recognized personal injury and wrongful death firm, and Haskins has been an associate at the firm since 2016. During his seven-year tenure, he has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict, oftentimes receiving record amounts throughout the state.

Haskins has concentrated his legal work in the area of complex medical malpractice including being a part of the legal team that obtained a $101 million verdict on behalf of a baby who was brain damaged at birth at a Chicago-area hospital. He has worked in other areas of personal injury law including second-chairing a trial on behalf of a family whose son drowned at a public swimming pool where Haskins obtained a $21.5 million verdict.
Haskins obtained his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law during which time he clerked at the firm.
