Salad Products From Major Retailers Recalled After E. Coli Outbreak
Missa Bay, LLC is recalling over 75,000 pounds of salad products in 22 states, including Illinois, because it may be contaminated with E. coli. O157:H7. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said that salad products from Missa Bay produced between October 14, 2019 and October 16, 2019 are subject to the recall.
