Robert A. Clifford, founder and senior partner of Clifford Law Offices, will be the guest of WGN-AM radio host Andrea Darlas who will be speaking to the attorneys involved in the upcoming mock trial of Hippocrates.
Clifford, who once again will team up with Winston & Strawn’s Dan K. Webb, will be pitted against fellow powerhouse attorneys Patrick J. Fitzgerald and Patrick M. Collins in the Trial of Hippocrates, an event that will give a modern twist to the ancient Greek trial of the great physician who was accused of violating his oath when administering medical care to the dying King of Thebes.
WGN, 720 AM, also will feature attorneys Tinos Diamantatos, Christina Faklis Adair and Anna Demacopoulos who will speak live at 8 p.m. on this non-scripted event that is open to the public. The trial is sponsored again by the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago.
The trial, sixth in a series of ancient trials with a modern twist, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the Harris Theater in Millennium Park, 205 E. Randolph St., Chicago. Cost to attend is $100. Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 6:30 p.m. event. Tickets can be purchased online.
