Robert A. Clifford, founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the Law Seminars International Conference on VW: Auto Defect Class Actions with Global Ramifications.

The advanced all-day seminar will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans Dec. 2 and features top lawyers from around the country familiar with this subject. Clifford will be speaking on “Dealing with Parallel Government and Regulatory Investigations” and the special issues that arise when government agencies are investigating a matter at the same time that lawsuits are pending.

Attorneys practicing in the areas of consumer protection and corporate investigations in the context of class action litigation; government officials involved in consumer protection law enforcement; industry executives and consultants are expected to attend.

Clifford Law Offices has filed a class action lawsuit against Volkswagen for the worldwide scandal involving at least four million vehicles that were sold meant to scam the emissions tests. Some half million vehicles are said to be in the U.S. Clifford spoke to numerous media outlets about this issue when it first broke in the news – from Fox News to The Guardian newspaper in London.

To find out more about this seminar or to register, go to www.lawseminars.com or call 800-854-8009. The program also is available as a webinar.
