Bradley M. Cosgrove, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been elected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
The national legal organization includes highly experienced trial lawyers from both the plaintiff and defense bar whose mission is to promote the art of advocacy and the efficient administration of justice. Membership is limited to attorneys recognized by their peers as practicing law with the highest ethical standards. Members generally must have tried at least 20 civil cases to verdict or have the equivalent experience.
Cosgrove has tried a half dozen cases to verdict in the last year alone, having achieved millions for his clients, including an internationally acclaimed verdict of $14 million on behalf of a woman who suffered a debilitating stroke after being negligently prescribed the birth control medication Yasmin. He undertook his first jury trial just one day after receiving his law license.
