Bradley M. Cosgrove, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar on December 13.
Cosgrove will speak on “Proving Agency Against a Managed Care Organization Like Advocate” during the morning program, which has been approved for 4.25 hours of CLE credit. Other topics include informed consent, effective mediation use in difficult cases, and jury selection.
Cosgrove has obtained numerous record verdicts and settlements, including more than $84 million in verdicts and reported settlements in 2024 alone.
