Bradley M. Cosgrove Spoke at Medical Malpractice Seminar on December 9

Bradley M. Cosgrove, partner at Clifford Law Offices,  spoke at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar on December 9, 2022, at the Westin Chicago River North in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Cosgrove’s topic addressed “Aggressive Cross Examination of the Less Than Truthful Witness.” In his 16-year legal career, he has taken hundreds of depositions and has obtained numerous record verdicts and settlements in the area of medical malpractice.

The seminar, which was sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Education Fund, was approved for 4.25 continuing legal education credit hours and includes multiple speakers covering a diverse range of topics, including “Deposing the Defendant Physician” and “Institutional Miscommunication Causing Medical Malpractice.”

The 18-chapter ITLA Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook revitalized by Clifford Law Offices partners, Keith A. Hebeisen and Sarah F. King, were also available at the seminar. Hebeisen and King worked together to rewrite the notebook’s 2021 edition and update the handy courtroom reference with the most current citations, references, and information for 2022.

The event was held at the Westin Chicago River North, 320 N. Dearborn, and ran from 8:15 am to 1:15 pm CST.
