The event will be held at the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, IL on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to roam the zoo, ride tram tours and enjoy networking opportunities and a silent auction. Dan K. Webb, Co-Executive Chairman of Winston & Strawn, and former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois is the honored special guest and speaker for the event.
The Illinois Lawyers’ Assistance Program (LAP) is a non-profit that promotes well-being among members of the legal community by offering resources and counseling solutions for attorneys, judges, and law students. Their services include short-term counseling, support groups, referrals, interventions, help with ARDC concerns, and advocating for well-being-related topics statewide. The organization provides support for a range of common needs in the legal profession such as stress, anxiety, grief, depression, career transitions, addiction, substance use, and more.
