Clifford Law Offices is proud to once again sponsor the Lawyers’ Assistance Program’s Fall Fundraiser. The 2023 event “Together We Shine Brighter” will take place on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, Illinois.
A platinum sponsor of the annual event, Clifford Law Offices wholeheartedly supports the mission of the Lawyers’ Assistance Program (LAP) to provide help to lawyers, judges, and law students seeking information and assistance for alcohol abuse, drug dependency, or stress-related issues like anxiety, burnout, depression, and much more. The proceeds from this event will help the organization provide countless legal professionals across the state with individual and group therapy, assessments, education, peer support, and intervention.
Erin Clifford, partner at Clifford Law Offices and founder of Erin Clifford Wellness, is an advocate for mental health awareness and benefits within the scope of the legal industry. She promotes wellness practices within the firm and beyond, and supports LAP’s work to provide attorneys and other legal professionals with access to essential mental health resources.
The event will feature honored guest and speaker Illinois Supreme Court Justice Mary Kay O’Brien as well as celebrate the recipients of several service awards. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, explore the Brookfield Zoo, meet animals, and bid in a silent auction.
