Clifford Law Offices Presents 18th Annual Free CLE Program

The 18th Annual Clifford Law Offices Free Continuing Legal Education Webinar will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Clifford Law Offices will present its 18th annual free Continuing Legal Education webinar on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The two-hour webcast will begin at 2:30 pm CST and is free and open to the public.

The 2025 program, “Ethics Jeopardy: Answers and Questions,” will cover a wide range of key issues and topics that lawyers experience daily. A panel of renowned legal leaders will discuss hypotheticals—including some based on real cases—to help lawyers, law students, and law professionals gain an understanding of underlying ethics and their implications. Topics include the use of artificial intelligence, delegating responsibility to non-lawyers, and using social media platforms in one’s practice.

Robert Clifford, founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, will moderate the panel of Lea Gutierrez, Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Administrator; Jamie Kleppetsch; DePaul University College of Law Director of Bar Passage and Professor of Legal Practice; and Hon. Ray McKoski (ret.), Adjunct Professor, UIC Chicago School of Law and author of “Judges in Street Clothes: Acting Ethically Off-the-Bench.” Please join us for two hours of ethics education on the web.

Clifford Law Offices’s 18th annual webinar is approved for CLE credit in five states: Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Please note: CLE credit is only available to those who attend the webinar during its live broadcast on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. CST. Those who view the recorded version of the webinar will not be eligible for CLE credit.
