Berlin has served as a third chair on a trial team at the firm for a medical malpractice case that resulted in an $11 million settlement and has worked on motions involving the 2019 crash of a Boeing jet that founder and senior partner Robert A. Clifford is Lead Counsel in federal district court in Chicago.
The ITLA webinar, covered topics including deposition preparation. Two hours of general continuing legal education credit was offered.
