Stephan Landsman, DePaul University College of Law Professor and Chair of the Clifford Tort Law and Social Policy Symposium kicked off the 2022 two-day program entitled, “Litigating the Public Good: Punishing Serious Corporate Misconduct.”
Two dozen academics and judges from around the country gathered at the downtown Chicago law school for the free 26th annual seminar which is open to all lawyers. Among the speakers are Zachary Clopton, Northwestern University School of Law; Gregory Mark, DePaul University College of Law; and U.S. Federal District Court Judge Jed Rakoff of the Southern District of New York.
