Erin E. Clifford, Managing Director at Clifford Law Offices, will speak on January 29 at a Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago continuing legal education program on “Strategies for Lawyers to Build Healthy Habits.”
In addition to her role at Clifford Law Offices, Erin Clifford is a Corporate Wellness Consultant, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois, and a National Certified Counselor. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University.
The noon lunchtime CLE will be held at Clifford Law Offices, 120 N. LaSalle Street, 36th floor, Chicago. The program will discuss strategies to enhance lawyer self-care by building healthy habits into daily routines. Lawyers will also learn avenues to create more work-life balance, even during stressful times.
Limited in-person registration is available. The cost of the program in person is $15, and a boxed lunch will be offered. The program is also offered free on the web and provides one hour of CLE general credit.
