    Keith A. Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking Oct. 18 at the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Trial Techniques CLE entitled “Strategies for Success at Trial.”

    Sponsored by the Young Lawyers Section Executive Council, Hebeisen, who has successfully tried dozens of cases in his 30-year career, will speak on “Trial Strategies from the Plaintiff’s Perspective.” Also speaking will be James Wideikis of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on cross examination and the Hon. Mary A. Mulhern of the Law Division of the Cook County Circuit Court who will speak on “Jury Trial Tips From the Bench.” The three-hour panel will be moderated by Matthew Passen of the Passen Law Group.

    The program will focus on effective techniques and strategies for success at trial including trial preparation, examination of witnesses and presenting a case to a judge or jury. It will be held at the CBA building, 321 S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago. To register, go to www.chicagobar.org.
