Keith A. Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, spoke on “Closing Argument” at the annual Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Damages Seminar on February 16, 2024.
The morning-long seminar offered 4.25 hours of continuing legal education credit on various topics including the “Lost Chance Doctrine,” “Addressing Bias During Voir Dire and Trial,” and “Obtaining Punitive Damages.”
The in-person program was held at the Westin Chicago River North hotel, 320 N. Dearborn St., Chicago.
Hebeisen, who has achieved many record-setting medical malpractice verdicts and settlements across the state, also serves as Co-Editor of the ITLA Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook with Sarah F. King, partner at Clifford Law Offices. The book is the go-to reference guide for plaintiffs’ lawyers that was recently completely rewritten.
