Keith Hebeisen, partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) annual Medical Malpractice Seminar in Chicago.
“Combating Common Defenses” is the title of Hebeisen’s presentation on Dec. 7 at the Westin River North on Dearborn. The half-day seminar offers important information for trial attorneys representing victims of medical negligence.
Hebeisen, former President of ITLA, also serves as Editor of ITLA’s Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook, a guide of legal cites and references to help lawyers in the courtroom. Its 17 chapters deal with legal situations from the statute of limitations to the standard of care to jury instructions.
