“New Year. New You. New Ways to Think About Wellness in 2025.” That’s the title of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) continuing legal education program on January 21, 2025, followed by a networking reception.
Erin Clifford, Managing Director at Clifford Law Offices and corporate wellness consultant and coach at Erin Clifford Wellness, will be speaking about how wellness has evolved post-pandemic and will offer tangible strategies to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Clifford will be joined by a multi-generational panel that will discuss their approach to wellness in the profession. Panelists include Alexis Crawford Douglas, partner, K&L Gates; Blake Kolesa, associate, Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP; Karen Munoz, partner, Dolan Law; and Alan Rhine, Law Offices of Alan Rhine.
The hybrid program is free to CBA members and will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. in person at the CBA, 321 S. Plymouth Ct, or online. Attendees are encouraged to attend the reception that follows. The program offers 1.5 hours of mental health/substance abuse CLE credit. Registrants can select from an in-person or virtual option at registration.
