    FDA Bans Talc Powdered Gloves in Surgery

    Surgical gloves powdered with talc were banned today (Dec. 15, 2016) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) because of potential dangers to human health.     News reports on the house in Homer Glen that exploded yesterday (Dec. 15, 2016) following an apparent Nicor gas leak show a residence that is completely destroyed.     Two People Injured in Gas Explosion of Their Homer Glen House

    Two family members were injured late Thursday afternoon when their house exploded in southwest suburban Homer Glen due to what officials on the scene are attributing to a gas leak.
