Robert A. Clifford, founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, has been invited to speak Oct. 18 at the 12th Annual McGill Conference on International Aviation Liability, Insurance and Finance.
Recently appointed Lead Counsel of the consolidated litigation in federal district court in Chicago involving the Boeing 737 Max8 crash in Ethiopia that killed all 157 aboard, Clifford will lead a panel on “Update on Productions Liability Cases and a Case Study on Major Accident Litigation: Plaintiff and Defendant Strategies.”
The two-day event will be held at the Institute and Centre of Air and Space Law at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Speakers from around the world will attend the conference; Clifford is the only lawyer from Chicago invited to speak at this annual event.
