Sarah F. King, associate at Clifford Law Offices, has been selected as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) delegate to the Women Everywhere (WE) Planning Committee.
Women Everywhere: Partners in Service Project is a collaborative effort of nine women’s bar groups that work together to plan and coordinate volunteer activities on behalf of high school girls as well as women and children in need. On April 26, WE’s Educational Day, nearly 200 girls from Chicago Public Schools will visit various courthouses throughout the city and attend talks by WE members.
Scholarships are available for girls entering college from $1,000-$2,000 who write essays that are chosen on a designated topic. King has been selected to serve on that review committee as well.
