Sarah F. King, associate at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking Wednesday (Sept. 11, 2013), at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Tort Litigation Committee meeting on “Corporate Medicine and Hospital Liability.” She will be discussing the trends of the law of agency and practical considerations for litigating cases involving corporate medical entities as well as hospital liability.
King, who focuses her practice on plaintiffs’ medical malpractice law, recently was published in the American Bar Association Litigation Magazine that is distributed to more than 60,000 lawyers across the country.
