Tracy A. Brammeier, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will join a roster of speakers at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) for “The Ultimate ADR Seminar: A Conversation with ADR Experts” on September 24.
Brammeier will speak on “Managing the Mediation: How to Deal with the Hard Bargainer.” Two dozen speakers will participate in various panels throughout the day, discussing topics from “The Explosion of Mediation – Artificial Intelligence” to “Implicit Bias in ADR.” The program runs from 8:55 a.m.- 4 p.m. and offers 5.5 hours of continuing legal education credit (pending).
The Hon. Bridget McCormack, retired Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, and President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association, is the keynote speaker of the event.
